Programs to Assist with everyday life
These programs are designed to meet people where they are, provide practical tools, and foster meaningful connections, ensuring participants feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed in their daily lives.
About the Process
Once you have chosen a program:
- Submit the Client Application Form for the program of your choice
- Meet with a member of our team to be welcomed into the program, learn how it works, and sign the agreement
- Pay for your first monthly subscription payment
- We will explain our program, what we offer, and how we can support you moving forward
Time slots must be scheduled with your worker in advance. If a time is not booked ahead of time, we may be unable to provide support if the worker is already assisting another client.
